Dream Hoops Return & Refund Policy

At Dream Hoops, every hoop is carefully crafted with love and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our hula hoops, all sales are final. However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so please review our policy below:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your hoop arrives damaged due to shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

No Returns or Exchanges

Since each hoop is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong size or color

  • Change of mind

  • Signs of use or wear

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Once your hoop is shipped, the sale is final.
